Times of the Gentiles vs. Fullness of the Gentiles

These are two phrases we see in Scripture, but what’s the difference?

I found the explanation in this article helpful:

“The ‘times’ refer to the physical timeline in which Gentiles will rule over Jerusalem. The ‘fullness’ of the Gentiles is a spiritual reference to God revealing His plan of salvation to all Gentiles. The ‘times of the Gentiles’ will one day end, but the ‘fullness of the Gentiles’ will last throughout eternity.”
