My sister and I inherited a home. I’m trying to buy her half out. She has Parkinson’s and her children have now gotten more involved and it’s getting very messy. Please pray the family will come together and we can get this settled soon. Thank you!
Keep things simple and get a lawyer to write the you and your sister have a 50% share of the property valued at ???
That you will purchase her share for ?? if they are unwilling to accept this just put in writting and sell it splitting the proceeds.

Is your sister saved? Are her children saved? Perhaps God created this situation for you to share the gospel with them. In the long run, their salvation will be far more valuable than any amount of financial gain.
