What are the toughest challenges in your life?
How do you face them?
My story: My first challenge was waiting; I had been unemployed for many months and had no money to live on. During the time I was unemployed, I felt immense pressure from feeling useless, and that thought was killing my mind every day to the point of suffocation. At that time, I could only cry and pray; I had no one beside me to share with, and I saw my family struggling too much, so I chose to hide it inside. I went through that period with tears and prayers.
Hi,
If college is not your thing, you can also go to trade school. Learn to be a plumber, or auto mechanic. They make good money, sometimes six figures depending on where you ply your trade. But you have to get out there and start something. What’s your passion in life? Find a way to incorporate your passion into your job choice and you will love your job. It will become something you get to do, rather than have to do.
Blessings
I second Joe’s advice if you want to consider it. I went to Bible school, tuition free, and received scholarships and grants to finish and then get my degree in nursing.
If God is in the thing, He will see you through it. That might sound like a pat answer but believe you me, it’s the truth of my life.
There might be a way for me to return to Zimbabwe at my age, I’ll be 70 and if God is in it, He’ll see me through it.
