The neighbors downstairs stay up all night cooking, playing there music loud and their television. I don’t really want to complain on them to the leasing office because most times it makes matters worse. They watch my husband and I out the window . Then her boyfriend makes these little sneaky comments out his mouth . I could see him watching me when I leave out for work..They are weird. It’s becoming very uncomfortable. I keep asking my husband please let’s just move . He doesn’t want to move. I need prayer now because it’s getting stressful.
