I recently led a Freedom small group at my church. This weekend is the culminating event of the 2 day conference. Participants will be listening to messages about various topics such as shame, anger, resentment, etc and then coming to the altar for prayer and anointing. I have been asked to be an anointer and to pray for others aloud with them. As honored as I am to do this, I am nervous that I won’t give them the prayer opportunity they need since praying isn’t a gift of mine. I just ask for prayer this week that the Holy Spirit would speak through me and give me the words to speak this weekend so the participants may receive the healing and freedom they need.
