Jelly Roll has been very open about his faith. He has even released songs with Brandon Lake, who is like Christian contemporary music royalty.
I saw Jelly Roll perform live a few weeks ago, and he was ok, but his constant use of the F-bomb was a little surprising. I’m not suggesting that someone can’t be a Christian and swear. Plenty of us struggle with language, myself included. But, when you hold a public platform like that and publicly announce, “I love Jesus,” one minute, then you’re swearing up a storm to the crowd the next minute - I feel like that sends weird signals.
I’m not a hugh fan, I only know of him because my middle son loves WWE wresting and he is on it often. However, that being said, from what I understand to be his past, he does have a testimony to share.

I never heard of jellyroll. He must not sing my genre of music? So I assume he is a sort of celebrity singer? I’ve heard some rock star testimonies of those who found the Lord. Alice Cooper, Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), Brian “Head” Welch (Korn), Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad) and probably others also.
I never did like Korn’s music but I sure got to hear it from the younger BIL’s so I know who he is, but I never even heard of Jellyroll.
Alice Cooper - I have heard his testimony. It’s amazing. When he came to perform in my area a few years back, he spoke at a local church the morning before his concert.
