Not maybe as a whole, but when I come across a customer service representative who is truly helpful and kind it really does make my day. I know people in this job often deal with a lot of bad attitudes and disgruntled people, so I always appreciate when they choose to be positive and care.
The Heating & A/C Techs of course! Lol. WHen I lived in C. Springs and had first went into business we had a hard winter, and everyone really needs that furnace to work when the town is under a blizzard conditions. I was off work for the day at home eating supper and watching the Weather and they said everyone is to stay home off the roads and only Emergency vehicles will be allowed to be out. I had just got a no-heat and when I heard that, I thought, what so I can’t respond to this service call? Then it hit me, I am a Emergency vehicle so I have to respond!
I noticed that people are easy to get ahold of when they need you, and much harder to get ahold of when it’s time to pay the bill, lol. But every time a blizzard rolled in I knew I would be working that night, perhaps all night. When people are cold even 2 AM is a good time!
I second this! My brother works in HVAC and he has responded to all kinds of calls at all times of day (or night!). And he does it with a stellar attitude!
