The Bible talks about many different gifts and callings. Some people teach, some serve, some encourage, some lead, some show mercy, and others work behind the scenes.
Why do you think God chooses to work through such a variety of gifts instead of giving everyone the same strengths?
The diversity of gifts given to true believers fully equips genuine local churches to serve and glorify God (consider Ephesians 4 and the teaching in 1 Corinthians).
We are unique what bothers me more is others attempts to put everyone the same, something wrong with them or they to take someone else’s gift and it always fails miserably but ok.
