I retired last summer and became a part-time reading tutor through Americorps this year. I have been offered a position for next year, but received an email today that we are not definite about the future if Doge will cut the program or not. This has been the most rewarding year for me. I am trying to have peace in this situation, but I am not handling this as good as I would like.

I pray for the peace that passes understanding as this child of yours, and many more, navigate an uncertain future. Let Your love, caring and power show through as those in power seek to destroy lives. There will be trouble in this world but thankfully you have overcome the world.
