Donald Trump has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution, and one of his Constitutional responsibilities is to enforce the laws of our country, including our immigration laws, and that is what he is doing.
Please Benny, TAKE A BRAKE FROM CNN AND MSNBC for the love of God.!
Thanks for your irrational judgment! FYI, I do not watch either CNN or MSNBC. Why are you glued to FOX NEWS???
And don’t use God’s name so casually.
a) Donald Trump has NO REGARD for the US Constitution! He misuses the power of the Presidency DAILY and the courts (plural) are ruling against him on a daily basis.
b) See if you can understand habeas corpus before your respond.
I didn’t make the post you are responding to.
Donald Trump took an oath to obey the Constitution, and that is what he is doing by enforcing the immigration laws.
Nothing in the Constitution says Donald has to hold ten million trials for the ten million illegal immigrants that entered our country when Biden opened up our borders. If they can prove they are citizens of this country, let them stay.
Only American Citizens are to be afforded due process.
Obviously nothing will convince you about how Trump, a convicted felon and convicted sexual abuser, regards the law. It totally baffles me how ANY American can support anyone who puts himself and his wealthy supporters as his highest priority while CRIPPLING the rest of the country.
The immigration issue is just one example of his lies. There has always been a problem at the southern border, even when he was President. He puts the blame on Biden, which is nonsense. He claims there are millions of illegal immigrants, which is nonsense. He claims that they are violent criminals, which is nonsense.
IT IS NOTHING BUT RACISM, designed to engender bigotry and hatred. IT IS TOTALLY OPPOSITE TO CHRISTIAN VALUES.
It saddens me how his appeal to the worst values in people has taken root, ESPECIALLY AMONG PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO BE CHRISTIANS. “Love your neighbor as yourself” clearly means nothing to them. → "Believe Trump, not God "<- is their credo.
“I will give you all the kingdoms of the world if you will bow down and worship me.”
That is NOT what the Constitution says. That is propaganda. Trump does not have the right to violate the law. Legal matters are decided by the Judiciary, not the Executive.
Trump’s oath is to uphold the Constitution—which includes enforcing immigration law and honoring due process. The Fifth Amendment doesn’t vanish just because the numbers are large or the task is hard.
No one’s saying we need ten million full-blown trials. But we do need a lawful process to confirm identity and status before deporting someone. Otherwise, you risk deporting asylum seekers, legal residents, or even citizens—yes, it’s happened.
Enforcing the law doesn’t mean skipping it. A strong border and a just system aren’t opposites—they’re biblical. Justice without due process isn’t justice. It’s chaos wearing a badge.
Trump has a constitutional duty to enforce immigration law.
Deporting people who are here illegally—including criminals—is legal and necessary.
Due process must be followed.
Now, when Trump followed established law—like Title 8 or expedited removal with proper screening—that’s enforcement. But when his administration bypassed courts, ignored judicial orders, or tried to fast-track deportations by creatively interpreting the Alien Enemies Act? That’s the problem—not with the goal, but with the method.
Principle: The ends don’t justify illegal means.
You can enforce the law and respect the Constitution at the same time. That’s not contradiction—that’s balance. That’s what righteous justice looks like.
If Trump enforces immigration law lawfully: I support it.
If Trump shortcuts legal process to do it faster: I call it out.
Donald’s oath requires he uphold the Constitution. The Constitution requires he enforce the immigration laws.
The “felonies” were fake. Name one thing he did wrong. The sexual allegations are hearsay.
C’mon. a) Trump has no regard for the Constitution. b) What “immigration laws” are you referring to?
The U.S. Constitution grants CONGRESS the authority to legislate federal immigration and citizenship laws, ensuring these laws align with constitutional principles, particularly those in the Bill of Rights and the Fourteenth Amendment.
This whole issue of supposed “foreign terrorists” is nothing but propaganda created by Trump to inflame people with racist ideology. The US has been progressing away from that form of hatred ever since the civil rights movement and it is in direct contrast to “love your neighbor” stated in BOTH testaments. As long as he can keep people enraged about where people come from, the color of their skin, etc, he can get away with rewarding his donors without people noticing.
Remember the lie during the campaign about Haitians eating cats and dogs? TRUMP IS A RACIST and he appeals to the worst emotions, dividing people while he is rewarding his Project 2025 backers. => Smoke and mirrors <=
I don’t understand how anyone with an IQ over 80 can fall for that stuff, unless they lack God’s Spirit or worse, ignore it. If anyone subscribes to hatred s/he is no better than the people who screamed “crucify Him”!
No one called Karris (Harris) a bigot or a racist
BECAUSE SHE IS NOT A BIGOT OR RACIST! She is a female with a father from India and a “colored” mother, and has been the victim of racism (like so many other people of color).
Upholding the Constitution means enforcing immigration laws and respecting due process. They’re not in conflict. They go hand in hand.
As for the rest—whether you think the charges are “fake” or not, multiple courts, grand juries, and civil juries have ruled on real evidence under real law. That’s not hearsay. That’s the justice system at work.
You can support Trump’s policies without pretending he’s spotless. Defend the Constitution—not just the man holding the pen.
Benny, when your argument jumps from immigration policy to IQ insults and crucifixion references, it’s clear this isn’t about facts anymore—it’s about fury.
You say Trump created the “foreign terrorist” issue out of thin air? Tell that to the families of victims murdered by MS-13 or the communities infiltrated by Tren de Aragua. The FBI, DHS, and border states have all documented criminal networks crossing the southern border. That’s not propaganda—it’s public record.
And no, “foreign terrorist” isn’t a stand-in for race. It’s a category used in federal law for those tied to terror groups—regardless of skin color. When Trump or any leader addresses it, they’re doing their job. Ignoring it because it’s uncomfortable? That’s negligence.
As for “love your neighbor”—yes, it’s in both testaments. And it includes protecting the vulnerable from violence (Proverbs 24:11), securing justice (Isaiah 1:17), and guarding your household (1 Timothy 5:8). Biblical love isn’t blind. It sees evil clearly—and confronts it.
The “Trump is a racist” mantra has been shouted so often it’s lost its meaning. Criticizing illegal immigration or pointing out crime patterns doesn’t make someone a racist. It makes them observant. If you have proof of racism—show it. If not, stop using the word as a club.
You want to talk about “God’s Spirit”? Then stop judging hearts like you can see into them. “You will know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16). Fruit isn’t measured by who makes you mad—it’s measured by results. And Trump’s immigration policies—however flawed at times—did reduce border chaos. That’s fruit.
Righteous anger is biblical. Blind rage is not. If you want to debate policy, let’s do it. But if all you’ve got is insults and apocalyptic comparisons, don’t be surprised when no one takes you seriously.
