@Who-me, I don’t think that God created other civilizations; but if he did, they probably had their own Adam and Eve who fell into sin too. Of course, this is all speculation, because such creatures haven’t made themselves clearly apparent to us. I wouldn’t put it past our all-powerful God, though.
