That was one of the best explanations I have ever heard for the disparities in the world. Some of the most thankful and happy people in the world live in the poorest countries. Christians who come back from a mission trip are amazed with how happy these people are without all the “comforts” we have here. This is a question of the ages but as we know God gives we broken humans free will to do good or evil.

Even Christian media outlets don’t necessisarily (primarily) represent Jesus and The Word of God. They represent their investors, and present the stories that sell.

Is it possible to call God’s Word forth as though it was not?
Is it possible to speak God’s Peace to the winds and waves by Faith in Jesus name and expect HIM to calm the winds and waves(trials,tribulations,mishaps) because we Believe what His Word says?

God gave His people promises, covenant promises to hold onto and hope for in Jesus name. God is NOT a man that He should lie, nor the Son of man that He should repent (Numbers 23:19)

Peter did you read what I wrote with your heart and discernment from the Holy Ghost or from your own thinking?
Johann spoke about all the suffering, trials, tribulations and gave most of the Scriptures on it: But he left out the other side, the Covenant promises and blessings that belong to the heirs of Salvation. He also left out the part that Jesus bore it ALL for whosoever would BELIEVE in HIM and on HIM.
I practice what Jesus said in Mattew 18:18-19 in my Prayer life with HIM. In fact by revelation that the Holy Spirit gives to me and with HIS divine help I practice what Jesus said. it is a life of Prayer, Faith, Love, belief in Jesus and all that HE did in His Ministry on the earth. I also practice the Words in Philippians, Colossians, 1& 2 Corinthians, 1&2 Timothy, Jude, and so on ALL with the divine help and revelations from the Holy Ghost in Jesus name.
Now when I’m prompted by the Holy Ghost to ask a question it is for more insight and to glean from the revelations that He has given to others. I trust the Holy Spirit to lead, guide and teach me and sometimes HE uses other born-again children of God to do so and this includes the fivefold Ministry that He has ordained, believe me I know the difference when it’s God and when it’s not.
Peter this is your questions: What is the name it and claim it ministry? what is the Word of Faith movement? (I have never heard of these practices, but I do know about the Word of Faith Churches.

God does bless the works of our hands in the assignments that He has given to us that is for the majority of our natural needs to be met(housing,food,bills,clothes etc…). The other Work of God is to Believe in HIM and everything that Jesus did while living in this earthly realm and that part is a spiritual work.

Paul asked three times for a “thorn in the flesh” to be removed. God’s response was not to command a positive confession, but rather: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” 2 Corinthians 12:9.
Jesus explicitly told his followers to expect hardship, balancing spiritual peace with earthly struggle: “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world” John 16:33.
Is there anything wrong with trust in Jesus or in God? Of course not. Is there anything wrong with being obedient to the Holy Spirit? Of course not. Did Jesus say we will be justified or condemned by our words?
Did Jesus say ask the Father in His Name and the Father will do it for you?
All of what Jesus said has to do according to HIS Word: It’s HIS Will that we be healed. It’s HIS Will that we prosper in our journey with HIM. It’s HIS Will that we succeed in the things HE wants us to do as unto HIM and with HIM.

So many people are caught up in doctrines instead of being caught up in JESUS and being led by God’s HOLY SPIRIT of TRUTH.
Some time ago the Lord spoke to my heart and clearly said "I can get more done by and with my Holy Spirit then my people doing stuff in the flesh through their carnal thinking and ways of doing. I prayed and asked God to TEACH me to be led by HIS HOLY SPIRIT and WORD. It’s a journey of FAITH in the Lord.
I know that ONLY God can clean people’s heart and create in people clean hearts. A lot of people in the church need clean hearts. Now I’m not perfect far from it, but I live for God’s perfect Will to be done in me daily because I want God to show HIMSELF strong and mighty on my behalf in Jesus Name.
Even now people are afraid to ask God to show them what’s really in their hearts because God will show people what their real motives are.
Jesus said we are to pray and not faint. We are not to judge,but to pray for one another.
Doing what Jesus said to do takes revelations from God’s Holy Spirit and cooperation on the believer’s part daily
There are a lot of folks that are calling Jesus Lord, but they do not do what He ask them to do. I have realized that it really takes HIS Help through the Holy Spirit to do whatever HE ask me to do in love,faith,truth,trust,and obedience in His Name.

By Faith and Revelations from the Holy Ghost I’m calling HIS Word Forth first in my life and by Faith with Thanksgiving Believing what HE said, I can have what I say according to HIS Word.
According to HIS Word: Psalm 103:20 " God’s Angels hearken to the Voice of HIS Word that is being spoken in Faith in Jesus name.
I don’t want to know about those other movements because I know that I know who my Divine Keeper is, and HIS name is Jesus.

It’s sort of related to in the tongue is the power of life and death. We can apply this principle to many situations in life. You can use this principle in different ways the more you understand it. For instance, if you make someone a promise on earth, you have given them your word. You have bound it to happen. So it is bound in heaven. (So don’t make promises you can’t keep!) Or you may have a sick friend or family member and go to lay hands on them for healing, speak health over them. Someone has an evil spirit and you try to cast it out. Don’t try. Speak the words directly to the evil spirit and bind him in the Name of Jesus.
Like that. Verse 19 means what it says. If you come into agreement with someone (usually healing when they ask you to pray for them) then two or more people are in agreement about the healing and that makes for a more powerful healing. God answers those in agreement (unless it’s out of his will).
@Josiah, you seem to be assuming that God creates poverty, sickness, unequal status, and differences in living conditions. He does not. He only ALLOWS BUT DOESN’T CAUSE bad things to happen so that he may bless his people to grow spiritually by gaining stronger faith in the struggle.
He CAUSES good things in the lives of all people such as physical life, which is a precious gift, but people ignore or reject their responsibility to honor him as their Source.
I suggest that you balance your emphasis on God’s power with human responsibility. God, therefore, is not responsible for the bad things in life because he does not CAUSE them; humans, the devil, and the tempting world are the CAUSES and are responsible.

This is an exhortation to radical, unwavering faith in God’s power, not a metaphysical law that makes human words inherently creative. Notice just two chapters later, in Mark 14:36, Jesus Himself prays in Gethsemane: “Yet not what I will, but what you will.” True faith aligns itself with God’s purposes; it doesn’t demand that God align Himself with ours.
“Did Jesus say we will be justified or condemned by our words?” Yes, He absolutely did, in Matthew 12:37:
“For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”
The Context: If you look at the verses immediately preceding this (verses 33–36), Jesus is talking about fruit and the human heart. He says, “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.”
This passage is not about using positive confession to manifest wealth or health. It is a sobering warning about judgment and character. Jesus is saying that our words reveal the true spiritual state of our hearts, and we will be held accountable for every careless word on the day of judgment.
“Did Jesus say ask the Father in His Name and the Father will do it for you?” Yes, in passages like John 14:13-14 and John 16:23:
“Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.”
In the ancient world, to speak or act in someone’s “name” meant acting with their authorization and according to their character and purposes. It is like a king giving his signet ring to an ambassador. The ambassador cannot use the ring to buy himself a personal palace; he can only use it to execute the king’s business.
The Apostle John explicitly defines what “asking in His name” means in his first epistle: “And this is the confidence that we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will he hears us” 1 John 5:14.
God is a healer, but as the Apostle Paul experienced with his “thorn in the flesh” 2 Corinthians 12:7-9, sometimes God’s grace is perfected in our weakness rather than the physical removal of suffering.
True biblical prosperity is relational and spiritual growth, prospering in our journey with Him, not necessarily material affluence. Success in the Kingdom is measured by obedience to what He wants us to do, which often looks like humility, sacrifice, and endurance rather than worldly triumph. I absolutely believe the promises of Jesus, but we read them with the humility of servants, recognizing that the King’s will is the ultimate boundary of all prayer.
