I am a 57 year old female who is new to living as a Christian. I was raised in a church, but didn’t think I needed to live a Christian life until the pandemic. My husband and I are unequally yoked. He needs salvation. I need to be the Christian wife living for Jesus and witnessing the Christian Wife life. I need help. I have no Christian female friends. Please, I yearn for a strong Christian Female friend I can learn from and lean on for support and guidance. Thank you kindly. GOD Bless you. GOD Bless your ministry.
My two cents from a divorcee’s end.
- Wished I would have been included in more of my wife’s conversations; we never even considered turning to God’s word or seeking fellowship with Christian friends.
- Will you invite your husband onto this forum and other sites that maybe offer podcasts? Online may help to start out, and may lead into going to a good, local church.
- Sounds like you haven’t given up on him, so bring him on this faith journey with you.
- A girlfriend is fine but a helpmate[1] is better.
He might want to do whatever it takes, if given options; I would have.
Really hope you can stay together and return to the flock.
God Bless

Hello and thank you you for your kind response. My husband has no desire for GOD, Jesus, Church, prayer, etc. He does not accompany me to church. He does not listen when I have John MacArthur playing on YouTube (he is is another room with headphones on listening to other stuff). I have tried since the Pandemic. I know a help ate is far better than a Christian friend, but a Christian friend is what I need presently. Someone I can pray with. I would like some personal growth time with a strong Christian friend. It is difficult going at this alone for so many years now. Thank you.
