The U.S. Supreme Court has cleared the way for the Trump administration to revoke humanitarian parole protections from over 500,000 immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. This decision potentially exposes nearly one million individuals to deportation, marking a significant shift in immigration policy.

The administration argues that humanitarian parole is inherently temporary and can be revoked at its discretion. Critics contend that this move represents an unprecedented scale of immigrant status revocation in modern U.S. history and could have devastating effects on affected individuals and communities.

What are your thoughts on this development? Should the administration have the authority to enforce such mass deportations?

“We are confident in the legality of our actions to protect the American people and look forward to further action from the Supreme Court to vindicate us.” ~ Abigail Jackson

Read the AP report, "Supreme Court lets Trump strip legal protections from 500,000 people, exposing more to deportation":

Trump is clearly a xenophobe. His enforced vision of a Caucasian Amerika is beyond disgusting. (Of course, he is punishing Native Americans while he is spewing hatred of immigrants). He is a megalomaniac, using the Presidency to push the Project 2025 agenda: make the rich white men richer and make everyone else pay for it one way or another. I have no doubt that he would have led the crowd to shout “crucify Him!” if he was around at that time.

Matthew 23:1-6, " Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to his disciples: “The scribes and the Pharisees are seated in the chair of Moses. Therefore do whatever they tell you, and observe it. But don’t do what they do, because they don’t practice what they teach. They tie up heavy loads that are hard to carry and put them on people’s shoulders, but they themselves aren’t willing to lift a finger to move them. They do everything to be seen by others: They enlarge their phylacteries and lengthen their tassels. They love the place of honor at banquets, the front seats in the synagogues, greetings in the marketplaces, and to be called ‘Rabbi’ by people.

“But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ because you have one Teacher, and you are all brothers and sisters. Do not call anyone on earth your father, because you have one Father, who is in heaven. You are not to be called instructors either, because you have one Instructor, the Messiah. The greatest among you will be your servant. Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.

“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces. For you don’t go in, and you don’t allow those entering to go in."

Oh, Benny. You’re trying to turn the Sermon on the Mount into a campaign ad for open borders, and Matthew 23 into a CNN soundbite. That’s not exegesis—that’s ideological cosplay dressed up like a Sunday school lesson.

Let’s talk real hypocrisy: Jesus rebuked religious leaders for burdening the people with laws they had no intention of obeying themselves. But you want to call Trump a Pharisee for enforcing the actual law? That’s rich. Sounds like you’ve confused “discipleship” with “deconstruction” and “justice” with “Twitter outrage.”

And spare me the “Caucasian Amerika” hysteria. You act like Trump’s deportation policies were about skin tone instead of border integrity. Read Romans 13 sometime. Civil government is God’s idea, not a MAGA invention. Deportation isn’t sin—it’s sovereignty. Nations are biblical. Laws are biblical. Consequences are biblical. What’s not biblical? Weaponizing scripture to paint your political opponents as genocidal Christ-crucifiers.

You think Trump would’ve yelled “Crucify Him”? Brother, the folks crucifying Jesus were the religious elites who sounded holy but couldn’t stand a Savior who upset their system. That crowd looks a lot more like modern progressive clergy than a guy enforcing immigration policy. Oops.

Jesus wasn’t anti-government. He was anti-hypocrisy. He called out those who “tie up heavy burdens” on others while exempting themselves. You mean like politicians who preach sanctuary cities while living in gated ones?

If you want to critique Trump’s tone or tactics, fine. But don’t smear scripture across your talking points and call it righteousness. That’s not prophetic—that’s pathetic.

—Sincere Seeker. I remain scripturally savage. Here for the Truth. Even if you ignore me.

It seems as though SCOTUS is going in that direction, although this isn’t fully resolved yet. The national policy is to deport immigrants here without permission, therefore this is the proper, 1st step for having a secure border. Now that the Temporary Protected Status protections have been revoked, those groups should be deported also.

The subsequent, followup questions;

  1. How many legal, migrant workers do we need to support agriculture, construction and other industries?
  2. All such workers should be allowed an opportunity to beome citizens.
  3. The “$1K + Flights” deal on the table for those volunteering has been mildly successful.
  4. Is there a more compassionate way to motivate migrants who are still unwilling to leave other than with threats of “mass deportaions” and ICE raids?
  5. The President has the bully pulpit to share his vision, by working with Congress (not exec action), to pass proper legislation. We should not allow this issue to be a partisan wedge used divide the Country or our little forum.
    God Bless You

1 Timothy 2:1–2
“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”

→ Prayer: Lord, I lift up our leaders to You. Grant them wisdom, humility, and justice, that we may live in peace and righteousness.

Romans 13:1
“Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.”

→ Prayer: Father, help me to respect the authority You have allowed. Teach me to trust in Your sovereign rule above all earthly power.

Titus 3:1–2
“Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle toward everyone.”

→ Prayer: Lord, restrain my tongue from evil and my heart from contempt. Fill me with gentleness and the grace to speak life, not judgment.

Proverbs 21:1
“The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will.”

→ Prayer: Sovereign Lord, guide the hearts of our leaders according to Your will. Turn them toward justice, truth, and mercy.

Jeremiah 29:7
“But seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its welfare you will find your welfare.”

→ Prayer: I pray for the good of my city and nation. Bless our leaders and give them wisdom to govern well, that Your peace may dwell among us.

Shalom.

Matthew 6:8-9, "Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. And he said to him, “I will give you all these things if you will fall down and worship me.”

That is Trump’s credo. Period!

He is a convicted criminal! 34 felony convictions for hiding huge payments to a prostitute under the guise of business expenses. And a conviction for sexually abusing a woman. => Which of these behaviors is Christ-like in any way??? <=

You quoted Matthew 4:8–9 to pin Satan’s offer on Trump? Cute attempt. But here’s where your exegesis takes a nosedive: the verse isn’t a mirror for your political enemies—it’s a warning to your own heart. You don’t get to toss it like a grenade and then hide behind your vote. Jesus rejected worldly power bought with worship, and if you think any earthly politician isn’t neck-deep in the same temptation, you’ve already drunk the wine of Babylon.

Let’s break it down with more Word:

John 18:36 – “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight… but now My kingdom is not from here.”
Jesus didn’t need Rome’s endorsement or Herod’s cabinet.
He wasn’t after ballots, He was after souls.

Luke 4:5–8 – “The devil led Him up and showed Him all the kingdoms… ‘I will give You all their authority and splendor… if You worship me.’ Jesus answered, ‘It is written: Worship the Lord your God and serve Him only.’”
So unless you’ve got a receipt for Trump bending the knee to Satan in exchange for a red state, maybe dial back the demonization and open a Bible instead.

Isaiah 9:6–7 – “The government shall be upon His shoulder… of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end.”
Jesus doesn’t campaign, He reigns.
And the throne on His shoulder isn’t up for re-election.

Psalm 146:3–4 – “Put not your trust in princes, in a son of man, in whom there is no salvation. When his breath departs, he returns to the earth…”
Translation: Your favorite political hero is one lung infection away from dust. Stop bowing at the altar of MSNBC or Fox.

Revelation 17:2 – “With her the kings of the earth committed adultery…”
The political powers of the world fornicate with Babylon, not the Bride.
So if your theology depends on blue suits or red hats, check which woman you’re really walking with.

2 Timothy 2:4 – “No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.”
Paul didn’t need a PAC to preach the gospel.
He wasn’t out canvassing—he was too busy getting stoned and shipwrecked for the name of Jesus.

Don’t weaponize Scripture like a Twitter clapback just because you don’t like someone’s party affiliation.
The kingdoms of this world belong to Satan for now, and the only one who’ll break that hold is the King of Kings (Rev_19:11–16).
Until then, vote your conscience, pray for your leaders (1Ti_2:1–2), and stop pretending your guy is riding a white horse with a tattoo on his thigh.

Because spoiler alert: That rider’s name is Faithful and True—and He ain’t on the ballot.

Shalom.

Benny, your hatred for Trump is so loud, I’m surprised you can still hear Scripture over the static. But since you’ve cracked open the Bible, let’s not just cherry-pick verses—let’s rightly divide the Word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).

You quoted Matthew 4 and claimed the devil’s offer of worldly kingdoms is “Trump’s credo.” Bold claim. Got chapter and verse for that? Or just another political prophecy based on your personal disgust? Because unless Trump bowed down to Satan on national TV, you’re not making a biblical point—you’re just playing dress-up with your rage.

And while we’re at it: Jesus wasn’t tempted because He sought power. He was tempted because He possessed power and refused to misuse it. That’s not a warning against leadership—it’s a rebuke of worshiping anything other than God. If you think every flawed politician is secretly reenacting Matthew 4, then brace yourself, because the whole Capitol is about to turn into Revelation 13.

Now, about those 34 felonies—let’s pump the brakes on the righteousness parade. You trust the same legal system that can’t define “woman,” thinks drag queens belong in school libraries, and considers baby-killing a “reproductive right,” but you suddenly treat it like Mount Sinai when it convicts Trump over hush money paperwork? That’s not discernment. That’s selective sanctimony.

Did Trump sin? Yes. Welcome to the human race. You think Christlike leadership means spotless behavior? David committed adultery and murder, yet he was a man after God’s own heart (Acts 13:22). Why? Because repentance matters more than perfection. You might want to check if your moral outrage makes room for grace—or just political vengeance in a halo costume.

And let’s not pretend your issue is just “moral standards.” Because I don’t recall this level of righteous fire when presidents lit up the White House in rainbow colors or tried to force nuns to pay for birth control. Your silence then is deafening now.

So no, Benny, I’m not going to sit quietly while you weaponize the Bible like a Twitter thread with footnotes. Truth doesn’t take a backseat to your bitterness. Ignore me if you must—but I’ll still speak. Not for applause, but for those who have ears to hear.
