What is the purpose of life?

The Bible’s answer isn’t a to-do list or a five-step plan. It points somewhere deeper: to a relationship. Not a moral checklist to complete, but a connection to be lived in.

What do YOU believe you were made for? Has your answer to that question changed over the years, through a season of loss, a season of joy, or just growing older in your faith?

God has a marvelous creation he wants to share with us. First, we must learn how to utilize it.

Yes, to learn. I agree with that. But the bible tells us like, 5000 times to not follow the flesh or the world, so He must mean spiritually which would lead us to relationship with Him.

So to mature spiritually is the reason for life here.

According to the Westminster Confession of Faith,

The chief end of man ( or purpose ) is to glorify God and to enjoy him for ever.

I found purpose coming to Christianity several months ago. I’m currently training myself in deliverance and looking to do an upcoming UK course in deliverance ministry. I also found a like minded group on Discord as a side note. A place to engage in and learn about spiritual warfare so I’m happy with that.

Rom_8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

One might think of human existence as a sort of crop out of which a harvest is anticipated. What was predestined and foreknown was that there would be a category of salvation established in Christ into which those who were of the truth would see in the gospel that which was true and could be trusted. This trust (faith) would be sufficient for the Holy Spirit to place us into the body of Christ and thus receive eternal life compensation for the connection to God that was lost at the garden of Eden.

b) Faith -
Even the faith that led us to the grace of God is not ours but comes from God. Jude 3; Rom.12:3
) Freely -
“Gift” Everything that comes from God is a gift: Life, food, health, children, partner and surely also our faith and salvation.
All we have to do is to receive it and be thankful. Never try to earn anything from God, even His rewards is grace.

        Every believer has been designed even before creation to walk a certain path and in a certain way. Prov.20:24; Jer.10:23-24

The next time He comes, He is coming for His Bride to rapture her to safety while judgment comes upon the world.

Is that what rapture is - safety?

Well, yes if believes in a pre trib rapture. I do. While those raptured are in Heaven at the marriage supper of the Lamb, the great tribulation is going on on earth.

I agree that safety is important - it sure is a relief when our troubles disappear. But is that all we need? Don’t we need something else to keep us interested in life?
